Refund policy

Our Commitment

At Sesh and Co, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We have complete confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our products. That is why we offer an extensive 30-day money-back guarantee (30 days from delivery). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within this period for a refund. The product can be new or slightly used. Product that have been used heavily cannot be returned.

How to return

Return process:

  • Always make sure that you have contacted Sesh and Co customer service beforehand, so we know you're returning the item(s) and hand you a return form.
  • Return costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • It is very important that returned items are sent to our return address by your own means. Include proof of postage and the Track & Trace code to track your return.
  • Products should be returned in original packaging, if reasonably possible.

Costs & Refunds

  • Costs: You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. There is no additional restocking fee.
  • Refunds: After inspection of the returned good, we will notify you on the return status. If approved, refunds will be processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, maximum 5 business days after we receive the returned product.

Exceptions

Please note that some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Final sales items.

Damaged products & warranty

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. Include photos that clearly show the problem. The warranty expires with a second order for the same product, as we assume that the product functions satisfactorily.

Cancellation & uncollected orders

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. After that, both shipping and return costs are at your expense. View our shipping policy here.

Orders that are not collected at the pick-up point will be returned to our warehouse. Additional costs may apply.
