Shipping policy
At Sesh and Co we stand for service and we always consider the environment to be of paramount importance.
Shipping coverage
With our courier partner, Australia Post, we ship to any address in Australia. Future expansion is under consideration.
Handling time
To ship this efficiently we do this from a central hub that might be a bit further away from your home.
Once you have purchased a product and it has been confirmed by us, it usually takes 1-2 business days for it to be processed by our team. The cutoff time is 12:00AM GMT+8 (Australian Western Standard time).
Orders after the cutoff time will be processed the next day.
Transit time
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
From the moment the order is placed and you receive the order confirmation by email, you can expect your package as follows:
Australia: 4-7 business days total delivery time.
Shipping costs
All products shipped to Australia are shipped for free. There are no hidden shipping fees.
Order tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link when the package is shipped. Please check the tracking page for more information about your tracking link.
We do our best to deliver all packages on time. In the unfortunate case of delay, the tracking code might not reflect the latest status. Such individual cases we will resolve happily with you. If your shipment is delayed more than 4 weeks, contact us to find a solution together.
If an order goes missing during transit we will resolve this for you. You will be compensated for the loss financially our through a new shipment.
Please note that these are estimates only, orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. Orders may take longer due to delays from the courier service. If you have not received your order after the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can check your order.
